The LEA informed the spotter, who ignored it. The <br />microwave was removed later after the LEA told the spotter the second time. There was no traffic at the time. <br />- All prohibited waste shall be removed. <br />- Provide adequate training for employees in regard to hazardous and prohibited waste. <br />Insp�#ion FFe�or� omments <br />Notes: <br />1. All personnel on the active face, except the spotter, have hand-held radio for communicating with each other. <br />According to the operator, additional radio was already ordered. <br />2. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -8, 9, and 1013 is 0% by volume. <br />3. All records are up to date. <br />
