<br />Comments: There are several erosions on the slopes of landfill. The operator covers the large erosions with

<br />Notes:
<br />1. The second gate was opened before 5:30AM by the security personnel. According to the operator, the site personnel
<br />was supposed to open the gate prior proceeding to the active face.
<br />2. The cover comprised of tarps and soil.
<br />3. There is no stockpile of TASW on site. According to the operator, since the last inspection, all TASW goes for
<br />disposal.
<br />4. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -8, 9, and 10-B is 0% by volume.
