AC T27CCR 20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces - The flowing areas were subject to ponding: <br />• The top deck of FU04, FU05 and FU06 <br />• The Old Austin Road Near FU06 <br />• The Old Forward Site long the south side and top deck. <br />• The Old Forward site west slope has a large depression created by gas well construction activities. <br />Grade the top deck and side slopes to remove areas that collect storm water by 03/15/08. <br />2. AC T27CCR 20690 - Alternative Daily Cover - There was one large tear in the synthetic tarps used to cover the active <br />face. Immediately repair or replace all torn tarps. <br />3. AC T27CCR 20580 - Lighting - The site is equipped with four (4) light towers for operation during low light periods. <br />The site was only operating tow of the four lighttowersavailable. The light towers were not down for repairs and <br />could have been operated. To ensure safe operation of the site during the low light periods all available light towers <br />needs to be operating. <br />5. Notes <br />A. The active working face is located in the FU -06. The cover used was TASW, PGM, soil and tarps. The site was <br />using two working faces. One for MSW and the other for special waste (soil, bottom ash and treated wood). <br />B. The following gas migration compliance wells were monitored during the routine inspection: <br />GP 9 (S) 0.1 % CH4 GP 11 (S) 0.0 % CH4 GP 12 (S) 0.0 % CH4 <br />(I) 0.0 % CH4 (I) 0.0% CH4 (I) 1.5 % CH4 <br />(D) 0.0 % CH4 (D) 0.0% CH4 (D) 0.0 % CH4 <br />C. The following Violation and Area's of Concern, listed during the inspection of January 29, 2007 have been resolved. <br />1. T27CCR 20919.5 - Gas Control <br />2.
