All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. #37 Electrical Hazards MAJOR OBSERVATIONS:The spa lights and GFI are not working. Fix today. The pumps do not have a copper wire bonded to it. Provide today. The spa will be closed until a reinspection is performed. Call Leyna at 209-468-3446 when ready for a reinspection. CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Electrical equipment installed in the water, walls, deck, or equipment room of a public pool shall comply with Califomie Electrical Code.(CEC 680.4)Light fixtures installed in the pool that operate at more than 15 volts shall be protected by a ground fault circuit interrupter. (CBC 31608) #11 Combined Chlorine Concentration OBSERVATIONS:The combined chlorine is at 1.0 ppm. Adjust to less than 0.4 ppm today. CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operatorshall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm.(CCR 65530) Chemical quality of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, lungs, or skin.(CCR 65531) #15 Operation Records OBSERVATIONS:The test log has a column that states what the water level was adjusted to if it was out of compliance. That column has never been filled out when the water levels were out of range. Always fill out the log completely. Correct today. CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operatorshall test the disinfectant residual,pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operatorshall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request.(CCR 65523) #22 Skimmer Assembly OBSERVATIONS:The skimmer is missing a float valve.
