The service technician stated that it initially failed when tested. <br /> The service technician had replaced the EMCO Wheaton retail drop tube and re-tested and passed <br /> * Replacement of drop tube require a permit, immediately obtain a permit to officially replace the drop tube and re-testing. <br /> *The test results can not be accepted. <br /> Service Technician Onsite: Ruben Becerra <br /> ICC: 1/26/2023; VR: 04/12/2023; EMCO: 07/10/2022 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into the diesel tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD.
