The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form , and submit for review by the EHD . Ensure a copy is available for inspection at anytime . This is a minor violation . Response: Owner/Operator updated Response Plan and submitted into CERS on August 28, 2019. Response Plan accepted January 6, 2020. 121 CCR 2712 (f) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report . An inspection was last done on 08/02/ 18 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance . This information was required to be submitted by 09 /01/ 18 . This information was received on 09 /06/ 18 , 5 days late . An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken . The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports . -The inspection reports from 10/ 16/ 18 to 7/ 13 / 19 did not include the Signature and the date signed by the owner/operator . The inspection reports were not signed by the owner/operator . During the visual inspection , the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report . Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports . This is a minor violation .
