All work
at all 7 wells has been completed as of 1 pm today. The monitoring is also complete and a copy of the final
results will be sent to Environmental Health in the next few days. Please consider this notice of completion of
the work for this site.
This project will end up saving both areas time and money in the long run. The longest run time on the deepest
well at Corral Hollow was 4 minutes. Based on my observations today, it should take less than%of a day to
travel to Corral Hollow, sample and record each location and return to Stockton. Before, this was a full day's
work.
The plan remains unchanged and we will plan to work at the old Harney lane landfill on Tuesday,April 24, 2012.
Solid Waste staff will be at the site early to open up and begin work. On Friday,April 20, 2012, 1 will email you a
reminder and the location and planned path that the work will follow through the site. That way,you should be
able to meet us as the work is conducted.
It was great to work with you on this project and look forward to finishing this together.
Brian C.Closs
Administrative Assistant II,Solid Waste Divison
San Joaquin County Dept of Public Works
(209)468-3066
4/12/2012
