Therefore, demonstration of financial <br /> assurance for closure is no longer needed. <br /> Postclosure Maintenance <br /> Financial assurance for postclosure maintenance is demostrated through San Joaquin <br /> County's Pledge of Revenue resolution R-08-687. The resolution was passed by the <br /> County's Board of Supervisors on December 9, 2008 and a copy of the resolution was <br /> previously submitted. <br /> Corrective Action <br /> Financial assurance for corrective action is demostrated through San Joaquin County's <br /> Pledge of Revenue resolution R-08-686. A copy of the resolution was previously submitted. <br /> Operating Liability <br /> Financial assurance demonstration for operating liability is not required at CHSL after closure <br /> per Title 27, Section 22215. However, the County continues to demonstrate financial <br /> assurance for operating liability at CHSL through a non-expiring certificate of Self Insurance <br /> and Risk Management. This certificate has been previously submitted. <br />
