This <br /> report is submitted in continuing conformance with Item 1 on Page 4 of the Water Code Section 13267 <br /> Order dated July 7, 2011. <br /> It appears that the Phase 2 wells will allow us to assess the extent of groundwater impact. As you and I <br /> discussed on November 21, 2011, and confirmed in a letter dated January 31, 2012, samples from the <br /> first three (Phase 1) wells drilled in November 2011 did not allow us to assess the extent of groundwater <br /> ' impact with certainty. This finding required a second set of wells (Phase 2) and this associated Well <br /> Completion Report. <br /> ' An Evaluation Monitoring Plan (EMP) Report will be submitted under a separate cover. That report will <br /> present the findings and conclusions from the data collected at these wells.
