Also enclosed is a notice <br /> of public hearing (NOPH) to interested parties, pursuant to §21730 of Title 27, California <br /> .Code of Regulations, Section 20005 et seq. (Title 27). The enclosed NOPH describes <br /> the date, time, and place that the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (Central Valley Water Board) is scheduled to have a hearing to consider the adoption of <br /> the tentative WDRs. <br /> The tentative modified WDRs may be viewed from the Central Valley Water Board's <br /> Internet website at <br /> http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board decisions/tentative orders/. <br /> Any comments or recommendations you may have concerning the tentative WDRs <br /> should be submitted to this office in writing by noon on 3 January 2013 in order that <br /> KARL E.
