Mike, were you going to send to me for a look.
From: Yekta, Gino [mailto:Gino.Yekta@CalRecycle.ca.gov]
Sent: Friday, May 10, 2013 9:29 AM
To: Michael Carroll (mcarroll@sjgov.org)
Cc: Wochnick, Michael; 'nsubbotnikova@sjcehd.com'; DelFrate, Todd@Waterboards
Subject: Corral Hollow LFG Monitoring Wells
I have reviewed the LFG Plan for the installation of two gas compliance wells (GW -8 and GW -
9) at the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill. The Plan is dated April 25, 2013 and was received by
Calrecycle on April 30, 2013. These two wells are proposed to be installed at the northeastern
side of the landfill. GW -9 will be installed within CalTrans's right-of-way (encroachment permit
has been secured). GW -9 will be installed at a depth of 50 feet and having three probes and GW -
8 will be installed at a depth of 24 feet with only two probes.
Calrecycle has no objection to the installation of these two wells. Please secure the LEA and
RWQCB's approval of the Plan prior to implementation. Please call (916-341-6354) or e-mail
me if you have any questions: Thanks.....................Gino
5/10/2013
