Our arrangement with PSC was for Wednesday and Thursday,
based on our estimate of the amount of ash -containing soil that needed to be removed.
However, we found that more ash -laden soil needed to be removed than we anticipated. Because PSC
could not provide a driver for today (Friday), and because RJ needs to proceed with the work, we will ask
R1 Gordon to stockpile any ash-contining soil they remove today over by the flare station.
PSC can provide a driver on Tuesday (first work day of that week), and normal removal practices will
resume. THE stockpiled material will be removed from the site along with the other ash -containing soil at
the earliest opportunity.
Please call with any questions.
Best regards,
Mike
W.
