The Report provides a final grading plan with cross-sections <br /> of construction details, direct shear and seam strength destructive testing data of the low <br /> density polyethylene (LLDPE) geomembrane, and soil gas boring logs with construction details. <br /> The Report complies with Item 1 of the CDO and the Discharger will submit a final Certification <br /> Report by 1 November 2013. <br /> If you have any questions please call me at 916-464-4737. <br /> TODD A.
