Construction <br />quality assurance was performed in accordance with the approved Construction Quality <br />Assurance Plan prepared by Shaw Environmental, Inc. All work is complete except for <br />hydroseeding, which will be scheduled in October. <br />This report documents closure cap extension and landfill gas collection system <br />expansion into both County and Caltrans properties in accordance with the design <br />previously submitted to, and approved by, Water Board staff. Two additional perimeter <br />landfill gas migration monitoring wells were installed under a separate contract, <br />documentation of which was included in the Brief Technical Report submitted <br />September 6, 2013. <br />This fulfills Waste Discharge Requirement Provision 7(B), which requires the Report by <br />November 1, 2013. Note that Waste Discharge Requirement Provision 7(A) was <br />fulfilled by the completion of the closure project field work and installation of the <br />perimeter migration monitoring wells, as documented in the Brief Technical Report. <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the <br />information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my <br />inquiry of those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I <br />believe that the information is true, accurate, and complete.
