SAN JOAQUIN <br />CCUNT <br />Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />4/21/2021 <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />Scotty's Line -X & Truck Accessories <br />720 E HAMMER LN, STOCKTON <br />April 20, 2021 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />406 <br />CCR 66261.7 Empty hazardous waste or material container greater than 5 gallons not managed per this section. <br />OBSERVATION: Observed outside the shop approximately 26 empty 55 -gallon drums that previously contained <br />Line - X XS - 100 Resin and Line - X XS - 100 Isocyanate that were not marked or managed. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br />waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br />and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br />within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action <br />statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
