11655 S UNION ROAD Project No. 2020-00095 Page 12 <br />The soil within the percolation test area for 11655 S Union Road demonstrated a satisfactory <br />percolation rate in accordance with the requirements of the EHD for the use of a standard septic <br />system. <br />9.0 SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY CONCLUSIONS <br />In summary, a percolation rate that meets the minimum EHD standards was achieved within the <br />proposed septic disposal area for the parcel located at 11655 S Union Road; the soil appears suitable <br />for the use of a standard septic system. <br />10.0 LIMITATIONS <br />The conclusions of this report are established from the information provided regarding the proposed <br />and existing development and the site conditions as they existed at the time which we excavated our <br />test hole and performed the percolation test. It was assumed that the test hole and percolation test <br />result is representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area. <br />If there is a substantial amount of time between the submission of this study and commencement of <br />work at the site, or if conditions have changed due to construction activities or natural causes at or <br />adjacent to the site, we recommend that our report be reviewed to access the applicability of the <br />recommendations and conclusions with consideration regarding changed conditions and or lapse of <br />time.
