Place food <br /> items in labeled containers after bag is opened. <br /> Observed food containers stored on top of other food containers in prep top of 2 dr Arctic air reach in across from cookline. <br /> This method of storage prevented prep top lid from closing. Discontinue practice and store food containers in a way that will <br /> allow prep top lid to close. Corrected on site. <br /> Observed bag of carrots on floor in walk-in cooler.
