See official inspection report. ACEVEDO <br />Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint. The <br />manager stated that no complaint has been made to what they are aware of. The <br />district manager invited me to conduct my inspection and to explain if I find any <br />violations that would need corrections. According to the manager, no one on site is <br />currently sick, no one has left the state, no complaints have been made by staff <br />and no changes have been made to the supplier for the food products for the <br />facility. All chicken products on site had their temperature taken and were in the <br />range of 41F or under. The facility contains proper sanitizing levels for <br />ware-washing and for their sanitizer buckets. <br />Observed no violations while on site. <br />Official inspection report emailed to 2Iuvtonys@comcast.net. <br />Official inspection report discussed with Debbie Clontz-Paukert, signature not <br />obtained at this time. <br />5105. rpt Page 1 of 1
