All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR” pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I responded to complaint. <br />i spoke to District Manager Aziz Choudhury. <br />At approximately 7am, this morning the deep fryers were turned on with no oil or product, resulting in a small fire. <br />Fire department was dispatched and fire extinguisher was discharged onto the deep fryers. <br />Food facility was closed at the time of the incident. <br />Per manager there was not food products out and no food was affected. <br />All equipment ( fryers, fry bin, and griddle) were cleaned and sanitized. <br />I observed area. <br />Hood is functional. <br />Ok to operate. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
