City of Tracy Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />3900 Holly Drive, Tracy, CA 95304 <br />HMBP Response to Violations <br />Aug 2019. The business has not updated and <br />submitted the change of chemical inventory on the <br />California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) within <br />30 days of the chemicals removal. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of <br />one the following events, business shall <br />electronically update the <br />information submitted to the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br />- A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of <br />a previously disclosed material. <br />. Any handling of a previously undisclosed <br />hazardous materials <br />. A change of business address, business <br />ownership, or business name. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into <br />the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or <br />updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />11 <br />HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document <br />Staff has been assigned <br />initial and/or refresher training to appropriate <br />refresher training bring them <br />personnel. <br />current and we will document <br />all trainings. Future trainings <br />OBSERVATION: Wayne Acenas, Glenn Black, <br />will occur on schedule. <br />and Tasha Cheney, was last trained 04/17/2019. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan <br />shall include provisions for ensuring that <br />appropriate personnel <br />receive initial and annual refresher training. All <br />employees shall be trained in safety procedures in <br />the event of a <br />release or threatened release of a hazardous <br />material, including, but not limited to, familiarity <br />with the following <br />plans and procedures: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the <br />appropriate local emergency response personnel <br />and to the unified <br />program agency. <br />
