Comments, Suggestions: It appears that the transfer arm had not been properly cleared before the driver disconnected it <br />from his transfer point on the tanker. <br />Report made belatedly, after ENS Notification. <br />Describe what happened: During routine operations driver of Henner Truck 1/110 noticed that he had spilled 500-1000 ml of <br />Biodiesel while detaching loading arm. He immediately notified the emergency response number, and the Community Fuels <br />Stockton Staff responded. Fernando Cortes and Patrick Samson responded, did not need to contain the spill given it's <br />location in secondary containment, and used appropriate equipment and acting in accordance with established Procedures <br />cleaned the spill. <br />Materials Used: <br />Duty Uniforms: 2 <br />Gloves, Nitrile: 2 Pair <br />Cleaner Used: Simple Green, 1 Qt. <br />Wipes/Rags: 6 <br />Spill Pads: 6 <br />Disposal: Spent spill pads and rags were placed in a Non-RCRA Drum for disposal. <br />Time Involved: <br />Day Shift: —1 Hours Total (Time involved in containing spill and cleaning spill on ground.) <br />Name and Signature <br />J.
