<br />Comments: Observed piles of soil excavated from the work area of the Closure Cap extension project on the top
<br />deck of the landfill.
<br />Ia. Remove soil from the site by the next inspection.

<br />A. Probes at monitoring wells # 5, 6 and 3, measured less than 5% methane by volume of air.
<br />B. Flare was operating at time of inspection.
<br />C. Observed sheep on site for vegetation control.
<br />D. On January 7, 2014 the EHD received Non -Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate plan from the Operator
<br />(previous Violation cleared).
<br />E. Cut back tall weeds/grass within area of drive paths throughout the site and around wells to prevent fire hazard from
<br />vehicles.
