The top deck, retention pond, south side and newly -closed area at the northern corner and northeast side have been <br />seeded. <br />C. Flare was operating at time of inspection. <br />D. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br />E. Observed maintenance log for any maintenance activities that may occurs on site at the flare station area. <br />F.
