All were able to set off an audible and visual alarm <br /> at 90% tank capacity but will not activate next alarms unless the first alarm has been cleared.All 3 tanks failed. <br /> Per service technician, a permit application has been submitted to install drop tube overfill prevention devices to <br /> comply with overfill prevention requirements. <br /> Service technician: Guadalupe Sanchez <br /> ICC: 4/1/2023, VR: 9/29/2023 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD.
