1 II is a penalty and $420.00 is reimbursement of the CUPA's costs, through the <br />2 effective date. Respondent shall make an initial payment of $420.00.00 within <br />3 <br />30 days of the effective date of this consent order. Subsequent payments of <br />4 <br />5 $375.00 shall be due January 23, 2020, March 23, 2020, May 26, 2020 and <br />6 July 23, 2020 for a total of $1,920.00. All additional CUPA costs will be billed ec <br />7 the current hourly rate.
