The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for J & L MARKET as of September09 , 2021. Open violations from May 19, 2021 inspection Violation #104 - Failure to have an approved UST Monitoring Plan . OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD . The responsible party information is not current. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into CERS , make the necessary changes , and submit for review by the EHD . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) . ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #105 - Failure to have an approved UST Response Plan . OBSERVATION The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD . The responsible persons are out-dated . REGULATION GUIDANCE: The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into CERS , upload the completed form , and submit for review by the EHD . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #106 - Failure to submit and maintain a current facility plot plan / site map . OBSERVATION: An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted . The annular sensors were not included on the site plan . REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and piping and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed : 1 ) monitoring system control panels ; 2 ) in-tank liquid level probes ( if used for leak detection ) ; 3 ) devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; 4 ) devices monitoring product piping ; 5 ) devices monitoring fill piping ; 6 ) devices monitoring vent piping ; 7) devices monitoring vapor recovery piping ; 8 ) devices monitoring vent/transition sumps ; 9 ) devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10 ) line leak detectors ; and 11 ) devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at http : //cers. calepa . ca . gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan . Page 1 of 3
