Taddei Rd. <br />Acampo, CA 95220-9711 <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Revision of Approved Action application for a previously approved Site Approval to add 120 <br />(10 per month) Large-Scale Accessory Wine Events with amplified sound, with a maximum attendance of 218 attendees <br />per event for an existing small winery. No new construction is proposed with this application. The proposed Large-Scale <br />Accessory Events will utilize existing permanent parking, an existing private septic systems, and existing private well. The <br />site has direct access from E. Taddei Rd. This parcel is under a Williamson Act Contract. (Use Type: Wineries and Wine <br />Cellars – Small Winery) <br /> <br />The existing small winery is currently permitted to have 24 Marketing Events with a maximum attendance of 370 people, <br />1 Small-Scale Accessory Wine Event per day with a maximum attendance of 80 attendees, and 4 Wine Release Events <br />per year with a maximum of 300 attendees at any given time. The proposed Large-Scale Accessory Events are in addition <br />to these existing events. <br /> <br />The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br />Agriculture). <br /> <br />PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of N. Tretheway Rd., 4,392 feet north of E. Kettleman <br />Ln., Lodi. (APN/Address: 013-130-26, -27, & -28 / 112 E. Taddei Rd., Acampo) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project <br />as described. San Joaquin County has determined that through the Initial Study that contains proposed mitigation measures <br />all potentially significant effects on the environment can be reduced to a less than significant level. The Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration and Initial Study can be viewed on the Community Development Department website at www.sjgov.org/commdev <br />under Active Planning Applications. <br /> <br />APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br />Development Department no later than September 22, 2021.
