CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2100063 <br /> PAUL E. & KATHRYN A.VAZ/ DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-2100063 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on June 24, 2021, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> December 24, 2022, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
