Proposal <br /> FRA Training <br /> City of Stockton MUD <br /> Page 2 <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON PROJECT PARTICIPATION <br /> Condor anticipates that the City's participation in the project will include the following activities to conduct the <br /> FRA Training: <br /> • Participation in the FRA Training by managers and operating personnel who are likely to witness or <br /> discover a chemical release. <br /> • Consider inviting San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)personnel to attend <br /> the FRA Training. <br /> • Provide a meeting room with ability to project the training PowerPoint and other information on a screen <br /> to see. <br /> BUDGET AND TIMELINE <br /> Condor estimates the task outlined above can be completed for a cost of$1,464 on a time-and-materials basis <br /> per the attached Schedule of Fees. Condor can begin and schedule the training at an agreed upon date and time <br /> with the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities District (MUD) upon receipt of a signed Work Order from the <br /> City. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> The Emergency Response First Responder Awareness Training will be performed by Greg Taylor,Condor's OES <br /> CSTI Outreach Instructor,at the direction of City of Stockton Municipal Utilities District for its sole use,the only <br /> intended beneficiary of this work.No other party should rely on the information contained herein without the prior <br /> written consent of Condor and City of Stockton.Condor employs a professional standard of care.This is defined in <br /> Condor's Terms for Environmental Consulting and is incorporated in this Proposal. Condor does not provide any <br /> guarantee or warranty that compliance with applicable chemical risk management regulations or statutes is proven <br /> or accomplished with providing Emergency Response First Responder Awareness Training. Condor does not <br /> provide any guarantee or warranty against chemical releases from the facilities and will be held harmless by City of <br /> Stockton from any injuries and/or damages that may result from such releases. <br /> Upon acceptance of this Proposal, please sign one copy of the attached Work Order and return to Condor.
