Disconnect all <br />hazardous/unsanitary connections. <br />HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS EXIST - UNSAFE TO OCCUPY - VACATE IMMEDIATELY <br />Please be advised that pursuant to California Health & Safety Code, Section 18874, any person who willfully violates this <br />part, or regulations adopted pursuant to this part, shall be liable for a civil penalty of five hundred dollars ($500) for each <br />violation or for each day of a continuing violation. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILURE TO COMPLY <br />FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ThIS NOTICE <br />Y.
