6. Accessible routes shall be provides{ per CBC § 118-206. At least one accessible <br /> route shall be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible <br /> passenger loading zones; public streets and sidewalks, and public transportation stops to the <br /> accessible building or facility entrance they serve. Where more than one route is provided, all routes <br /> must be accessible. §11 B- 206.2.1 <br /> 7. At least one accessible route shall connect accessible buildings, accessible facilities, accessible <br /> elements and accessible spaces that are on the same site. §118-265.2.2 <br /> 8. At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all accessible <br /> spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines; which are otherwise <br /> connected by a circulation path. §11 B-266,2.4 <br /> 9. Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with Chapter <br /> 11 B of the California Building Cade. Note that accessible parking spaces are required for each phase <br /> of the project. These parking space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance to <br /> the building. <br /> 10. Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements of Chapter 4 of the <br /> California Plumbing Code. <br /> 11. Pursuant to Section 422.4 of the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be accessible to <br /> employees at all times, should not be more than 500 feet from where employees are regularly <br /> employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs. The plans shall indicate the location <br /> of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas. <br /> 12.
