I apologize for the delay in <br />getting this to you. I was away for several weeks and the <br />gathering of the information required unpacking of a <br />storage area to try to track down old leases. The list <br />has a few gaps, but covers fairly well the period from <br />1979 when we purchased the property to the present. I <br />have contacted the prior two owners requesting that they <br />provide what information they have about tenants on the <br />property in earlier years. I have enclosed a copy of <br />those letters for your records. <br />We are of course interested to know what you have learned <br />from your investigation of surrounding sites; in <br />particular, the history of the closing of the wells at <br />California Cedar Products two years ago. Please let us <br />know how your investigation is proceeding. We continue to <br />move forward in our efforts to obtain drinking water from <br />California Water Service. I recently updated Ray Borges <br />by phone on our progress.
