No further investigation is required at this time. When the existing tanks <br />and piping are removed, soil samples will be obtained and analyzed. The need for further <br />investigation will be determined by the results of those soil samples. <br />In addition) a review of our underground storage tank file revealed the results of the soil <br />sample obtained during removal of the waste oil tank has never been submitted to <br />(PHS/EHD). Pursuant to the California Code of Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter <br />16, Section 2652(d), these results must be submitted to PHS/EHD.
