Ratliff, <br />We propose to abandon an out of service water well at 4315 <br />Waterloo Road. It is located in planter box at the front of the <br />Shell Station. (Sce site sketch on back of permit application) <br />All we really Know about it is, that it's a 6-inch well. I <br />couldn't locate any information on well at either your county <br />offices or State Department of Water Resources. Depth at this time <br />is unknown. We won't know until we pull the pump. <br />The top of well sits 2' below grade in a concrete vault. Wu <br />intend to pull the pump and determine depth of well. As per your <br />county irstructions for well abandonment, if well is over 100', <br />fill with pea gravel to 100'. Then pressure grouting from bottom <br />to top with a six sack mix.
