San Joasi,un County Environmental Health Divisiori
June 20, 2008
Page 7
Schedule
BC is currently scheduled to perform the field sampling activities on July 10 and on
July 11, 2008; however, the sampling will not commence until issuance of the SJCEHD
drilling permit. The field sampling activities are anticipated to require two days, with the
first day reserved for subsurface utility clearance and collection of groundwater
monitoring well samples, and the second day for the advancement of the four soil
borings. The additional surface soil samples will be collected during both field days, as
time permits. The geophysical survey is tentatively scheduled to be performed on July 1
and July 2, 2008, with the potential potholing performed in conjunction with the field
sampling activities. The final report documenting the Phase II investigation will be
submitted to SJCEHD approximately four weeks following the field activities. KEG will
not seek a written response from SJCEHD regarding the results of this investigation.
Thank you for reviewing this Phase II investigation work plan.
