SIERRA DELTA CORP(X .TION 5611 East Waterloo Road
No AULs / environmental liens were identified for the Subject Property during the
research and development of this report.
Based on information provided by the San Joaquin County Planning /
Development Services, no AULs were identified for the Subject Property.
As per the owner of the Subject Property, Mr. Paul Singh, the property has no
environmental liens to his knowledge.
Review of the Title Information provided by First American Title Company, did
not identify any environmental liens for the Subject Property.
2.5 Vapor Intrusion Conditions
Vapor intrusion into structures on property can potentially create significant liability and have a
material impact on property value. As such, it is a growing concern for property owners,
prospective purchasers of property and the environmental professionals conducting due
diligence. A new ASTM standard, E 2600 — 08, was released in March of 2008 with guidelines
for evaluating Vapor Intrusion Conditions (VIC), potential Vapor Intrusion Conditions (pVIC),
and Chemicals of Concern (CoC). The ASTM standard for the assessment of vapor intrusion
prescribes a tiered process designed to quickly screen out properties with a low risk of vapor
intrusion. Specifically, the evaluation process consists of four tiers. The first two tiers are
screening tiers designed to assess the potential for a vapor intrusion condition (i.e., pVIC) to
exist so that properties with a low risk of vapor intrusion can be screened out quickly and
inexpensively as the data justify.
During the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, SDC performs the first two screening tiers to
identify any potential Vapor Intrusion Conditions with the Subject Property. The following
discusses any potential Vapor Intrusion Conditions regarding the Subject Property.
Based on the file review, database searches, and the site reconnaissance, no potential
Vapor Intrusion Conditions (pVIC) were identified for the Subject Property.
1() PHASE 1 F,NVUWNMENFAI 51FF ASSESSMENT I-AC:F.303
121234)8
