Metals shall be analyzed and reported as totals <br /> (except for chromium). Selenium, arsenic, and mercury analyses shall be done by atomic absorption <br /> (AA). <br /> WATER QUALITY PROTECTION STANDARD <br /> The Water Quality Protection Standard (Standard) shall consist of constituents of <br /> concern, concentration limits, monitoring points, and points of compliance as <br /> follows: <br /> CONSTITUENTS OF CONCERN <br /> The Constituents of Concern shall be for water-bearing media (i.e., ground water <br /> and surface water) <br /> CONCENTRATION LIMITS <br /> For each monitoring point or location assigned to the detection monitoring <br /> program, the Concentration Limit for each Constituent of Concern (or Monitoring <br /> Parameter) shall be its background value as obtained during the appropriate <br /> Reporting Period, as follows: <br />
