The operator should also post the local <br /> fire district's phone number or "911►° in the event an emergency <br /> occurs outside of working hours. Where will the emergency response <br /> plan be kept at the site (14 CCR 17766(a) ) ?" <br /> Response: <br /> The local fire district's number has been added to the sign showing <br /> the County emergency phone number. The sign is located on the <br /> chain link gate at the access to the site. The emergency response <br /> plan will be kept in the office of the San Joaquin County Solid <br /> Waste Division as explained in Section 6.0 of the revised <br /> Postclosure Maintenance Plan. <br /> Comment 4: <br /> "The current description of monitoring and control systems for <br /> ground water is lacking in sufficient detail to adequately review <br /> the current network. The operator is required to describe in <br /> detail the installation of the ground water monitoring network and <br /> local ground water hydrology in accordance with 14 CCR 17782 . Any <br /> reports or studies referenced as background information for the <br /> site should be included as supporting documentation. " <br /> Response: <br /> Section 14 of the Final Closure Plan includes a more detailed <br /> discussion of the ground water monitoring network. In addition, <br /> the Ground Water Monitoring Plan Implementation; Harney Lane <br /> Sanitary Landfill San Joaquin County. California has been included <br /> as Appendix E for supporting documentation. <br /> Comment 5: <br /> "The operator is required to provide a more detailed implementation <br /> schedule of time frames for completion of specific activities for <br /> preconstruction, construction, and postconstruction during closure <br />
