Comment 3: "The emergency response plan states that a County phone number will be posted at the facility. The operator should also post the local fire district's phone number or "911►° in the event an emergency occurs outside of working hours. Where will the emergency response plan be kept at the site (14 CCR 17766(a) ) ?" Response: The local fire district's number has been added to the sign showing the County emergency phone number. The sign is located on the chain link gate at the access to the site. The emergency response plan will be kept in the office of the San Joaquin County Solid Waste Division as explained in Section 6.0 of the revised Postclosure Maintenance Plan. Comment 4: "The current description of monitoring and control systems for ground water is lacking in sufficient detail to adequately review the current network. The operator is required to describe in detail the installation of the ground water monitoring network and local ground water hydrology in accordance with 14 CCR 17782 . Any reports or studies referenced as background information for the site should be included as supporting documentation. " Response: Section 14 of the Final Closure Plan includes a more detailed discussion of the ground water monitoring network.
