Box 2009 _.. <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Application for Five-Year Permit Review <br /> Dear Mr. Valinoti: <br /> On May 17, 1988, pursuant to the Government Code, the Board <br /> notified the operators of the following facilities that an <br /> application for permit review was to be submitted to you by <br /> October 1, UAB. <br /> Facility <br /> Number Facility Name <br /> 39-AA-0001 Austin Road Landfill <br /> 39-AA-0003 Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill <br /> To date, the Board has received neither a copy of the <br /> applications nor a satisfactory explanation as to why they have <br /> not been received. <br /> Please forward a copy of the applications for permit review to <br /> the Permits Section by November 1, 1988. If the applications <br /> will not be submitted as requested, you should provide an <br /> explanation of what enforcement actions are being taken to ensure <br /> that the permit review process is initiated by a date certain. <br /> If the Board has not received a response by November 15, 1988, <br /> this matter will be referred to John Bell of our Compliance <br /> Section for enforcement action, which may include bringing the <br /> matter before the Board to consider legal remedies including the <br /> revocation of the permits and imposition of civil penalties. <br />
