At that time, an indeterminate classification was
designated for the surface water criterion. Since that time, our
evaluation of the sites has not produced any indication that the
sites are in violation of the RCRA criterion for surface water, nor
have we received any correspondence from any concerned agencies
indicating non-compliance.
The SWMB intends to reclassify the sites as being in compliance with
the surface water criterion. If you do not agree with this deter-
mination, please advise us within 30 days. If we do not receive a
statement to the contrary, we will assume that you concur with our
intention to designate the sites as being in compliance with the
surface water criterion.
If you have any questions regarding this letter please contact me at
(916) 322-1769 .
Sincerely,
11/John K.
