January 6, 1983 an inspection of the ,above referenced site revealed <br /> deficiencies in violation of the San Joaquin Local Health District Disposal <br /> Site Permit. Attached is a copy of the inspection report listing specific- <br /> violations along with listed compliance dates. <br /> In order to improve the Health District notification procedures, all indi- <br /> viduals listed on the Disposal Permit Application will receive copies of <br /> inspection reports on a monthly basis.
