San Joaquin Street <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> VIOLATION OF SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT NUMBER #39-AA-003 - Harney <br /> Lane Landfill <br /> Exceeding the daily permit capacity of 1400 cubic yards (PRC <br /> Division 30, Part 4, Chapter 3 , Article 1, Section 44004) . <br /> SPECIFIED ACTION <br /> An order is hereby issued to close the Harney Lane Landfill by <br /> October 1, 1991. The permittee may request a hearing by filing a <br /> notice of defense within 20 days after service of this accusation, <br /> that failure to file a notice of defense constitutes a waiver of <br /> the right to a hearing, and the permittee right to inspect and copy <br /> documents relative to the notice and order. (PRC Chapter 4, <br /> Article 2, Section 44501) <br /> A new state 5 - year solid waste permit will not be required. This <br /> Notice and Order shall govern the solid waste facility permit until <br /> closure. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1.
