Hazelton Avenue
Stock-Lon, Mali wt t tia 915201
Re: Gas Probe Installation for Harney Lane Landfill.
Dear Gabe:
Thank you for considering EMCON Associates for your gas probe installation
work at Harney Lane Landfill. We are pleased to present you with this proposed
scope of work and cost estimate. Our objective for the project work will be to
install 36 methane gas migration probes in 12 borings at the locations you have
specified and decommission six existing gas probes. Additional gas probes can
be decommissioned if required, but are not included in this scope of work. The
work has been divided into individual tasks to assist both you and ourselves in
budget evaluation and project control.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The following scope of work is divided into four tasks. Task 1 is an initial visit to
assess site conditions. Task 2 consists of the probe installation and monitoring.
Task 3 is the decommissioning of six existing probes, and Task 4 is the
preparation of the summary report.
Task 1.
