The Program requires (1) refuse <br /> monitoring, (2) surface water monitoring, and (3) ground water <br /> monitoring. Samples were taken from two locations on South <br /> Paddy Creek and tested for the parameters specified in the <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program Number 87-088 . The results of the <br /> surface water sampling are contained in Table 1 (attached) . <br /> 1 <br />
