Also included as <br /> part of this closure plan submittal are: <br /> • Signature page for the revised Final Closure and Postclosure <br /> Maintenance Plan, received February 28, 1991. <br /> • Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill Gas Monitoring Plan, dated <br /> October 29, 1990, received March 6, 1991. <br /> The plan submittal is deemed complete and accepted for filing for <br /> consideration of approval by the California Integrated Waste <br /> Management Board (Board) as final plans. Board staff will <br /> proceed to review the submittal o: 1) determine that closure and <br /> postclosure maintenance, as described in the plans, is consistent <br /> with the applicable requirements of. Title 14, California Code of <br /> Regulations; 2) determine the adequacy of the cost estimates; and <br /> 3) verify whether the proposed financial mechanism is acceptable <br /> to provide for the costs of closure and postclosure maintenance. <br /> Board staff will respond in writing on the adequacy of the plan <br /> by June 5, 1991. <br /> Printed on Recycled Paper-- <br />
