Title 14, California Code of <br /> Regulations (14 CCR) , Division 7, Chapter V, Article 3 .4, Section <br /> 18271(b) states that Board staff must coordinate and review the <br /> comments received from the approving agencies and forward those <br /> combined comments to the operator. Board staff has not received <br /> detailed review comments from the regional water board as of the <br /> date of this letter. <br /> Please inform the Board within one week when we shall expect to <br /> receive your written approval or disapproval of the subject <br /> plans. If your determination is to disapprove the plans, please <br /> include detailed review comments regarding the adequacy of the <br /> plans pursuant to Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 15. Please be <br /> aware that we have received a copy of the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board News Memorandum No. 1: Closure Plan Reviews dated <br /> June 19, 1991, prepared by Lisa Babcock. <br /> Thank you for your prompt attention concerning this matter.
