The <br /> Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill located on Harney Lane in Lodi. California is operated as a Class III landfill <br /> under Solid Waste Facility Permit Number 39-AA-003 issued by San Joaquin Local Health Services and Discharge <br /> Reouirement Order NO. 87-088 issued by the State of California Regional Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region. The 'landfill is at capacity, <br /> Closure is to begin in September 1991 with completion in approximately 15 months. The site will be monitored <br /> and maintained for a period of 30 years after closure by the County under Intergrated Waste Management Board <br /> closure and postclosure regulations. <br /> This is to advise that the County of Sac. Joaquin Public Works Department (Lead Agency) has approved the above <br /> described project on September .i, 1991 and has made the followinE determinations: <br /> 1.
