Staff notifiet the LEA and operator that changes in well <br /> location would require the submittal of another plan showing well locations in relation to <br /> structures and a rationale for any re-locations. Staff indicated that Mws must be located <br /> between the landfill and the labor camp housing. (Note: The LEA documented (7/1/91) a <br /> violation of item 05 of the 12/90 N&O requiring a gas monitoring system to be in place by <br /> 3/30/91.
