Contaminant levels of #2 diesel were <br /> reported for the in-situ soil testing conducted at the site. <br /> A citation was issued by your department on November 16, 1989. A <br /> copy of the citation and testing results are attached. <br /> The County has prepared a plan to determine the extent of <br /> contamination and proposed corrective action. The plan, dated June <br /> 27, 1990 is enclosed for your review and approval.
