The application is not <br /> accepted as it is incomplete with respect to the following: <br /> 1. A map indicating the permitted acreage. The total site <br /> acreage and the permitted acreage are different. Boundaries <br /> and acreage figures for both these areas should be given on <br /> sheet #10, Record of Survey. (Title 1411 CCR, ch. 5, art. <br /> 3 .4 , sec. 18262 . 3 (a) (1) ) . <br /> 2 . A map indicating all structures within 1000 feet of the <br /> property boundary (Title 14, CCR, ch 5, art. 3 .4 , sec. 18262 . 3 <br /> (a) (1) ) . <br /> 3 . Leachate control and monitoring during closure and <br /> postclosure. Although leachate collection and removal systems <br /> are not required at class III landfills (Title 23 CCR <br /> subchapter 15, section 2543) , you must demonstrate to this <br /> Department (LEA) , the Waste Board, and Regional Water by means <br /> of a written report that the landfill does not produce any <br /> leachate or that discharges of leachate pose no threat to <br /> water quality. (Title 14, CCR, ch. 5, art. 3 .4 , section <br /> 17781) . <br /> Submittal of the above items in accordance with the referenced <br /> standards will complete the application. Also, please be aware <br /> that CEQA documentation must be completed prior to the Waste Board <br /> and LEA approval of the final closure and postclosure maintenance <br /> plan. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
